All in the name of "we are protecting the people" against Terrorism.
And the people fall for. All the platforms have the capability to go in shut of a account if they are inciting hate or crime. But they won't do it! The reason is if you listened to the FBI director or the CIA director, they don't want those accounts shut off! If they shut down true hater and criminals, then they would have to get off their fat ass and do some true investigations.
By letting them continue with an account, they can watch aand investigate who ever comes to their channel, or engages with them. So it becomes a trap for the unsuspecting person who maybe trying to show them they are wrong.
So in order to justify their jobs at all these so call agencies, they prosecute the innocent and let the true criminals continue on.
