40 Cages of Dogs Rescued Before Heading to the DOG MEAT MARKET

The Washington Post is reporting that 40 cages of dogs were rescued today by activist. The dogs were headed to Yulin, China to be sold in the Dog Meat Market in Yulin, China. There are large groups of Chinese that protest this festival. Supposedly there was a ban in place, but the festival continues as no "formal" ban was ever made into law.
