the whitehouse website scrapped all mentions of any climate change plans.

So, did Obomba's staff do this, or did Chump's staff do this?
It was supposedly taken down the moment Chump got into office. The only way I, as a sysadmin could have done that is to wipe the whole thing. Without prior knowledge of the file structure of the server, it would take hours to get rid of a specific thing. Actually, about 5 minutes if I was going after a specific thing and was prepared in advance. And that is 5 minutes after getting the passwords and changing them, after getting to the actual server.
So, I feel that Obomba's staff took it down, but, I have no knowledge of why they would do that.
The page was a complete sham to begin with. So, it is not like anything important was lost.
