Still not a nuke...
Admittedly, its a big mother, but America has a history of collateral damage that still hasn't pushed us over the edge, largely because of the tit for tat of human rights violations, law of land warfare violations, and international law that Russia and the US participate in, even as they censure everyone else for the same... It's going to take more than this.
