The US has been secretly arming, training and funding the opposition to Assad in Syria in an attempt to overthrow the dictator paving the way for an eventual war with Iran.

People are surprised? America starts wars, they provoke countries that aren't doing what the American government wants them to be doing and they just want to be the top country having the last say.
