I wonder if anyone ever noticed that ALL of the examples mentioned by Corbett, INCLUDING ISIS have been proven to have been founded, funded and led by CIA covert operatives to spearhead US intervention in all those countries in the name of promoting American-style "Democracy" from which absolutely nothing good has ever come. To accuse Duterte, who hates US foreign policy, of using death squads is among other things, quite the height of HYPOCRISY. The deaths mentioned, including that of the Korean, have rather been traced to ROGUE policemen connected to drug/criminal syndicates who have taken advantage of the war on drugs to eliminate rivals, (potential) stool-pigeons and those who could not pay their debts while using these deaths to discredit the war on drugs which has made things difficult for them. The motives of Corbett for writing such deceptive trash are much more suspect than that of Duterte's whose unparalleled performance in just over a year has brought the country back from the brink of being narco-state.
