American Company Will Soon Start Trying To "Resurrect The Dead"

in #news7 years ago

The first attempts to "wake up" people in brain death will begin within months in Latin America after India refused to stage the experiment.

At the end of last year, Bioquark, a company based in Philadelphia, USA, has announced that it believes that brain death is not, after all, "irreversible". Now, by the voice of the CEO, Ira Pastor, has revealed that the human trials of an unprecedented method involving the use of stem cells will soon start in an unidentified country in Latin America.

In most countries, the death certificate implies a total and irreversible loss of brain functions. What Bioquark wants to test is a series of injections that are able to "restart" the brain.

Initially, the plan of Pastor and Himanshu Bansal, an orthopedic surgeon, was to carry out the first tests in India, but a few days after the announcement, the plan was blocked by the country's Medical Research Council.

The process should begin with an observation of brain-dead individuals following a traumatic injury between the ages of 15 and 65 using magnetic resonance imaging for signs of a possible reversal of brain death.

The plan presented last year was divided into three stages: first, the collection of stem cells from the individual's own blood, which would then be reinjected back into the body; then it would receive a dose of peptides injected directly into the spinal cord, and finally, the "patient" would undergo a nerve stimulation, which included the use of lasers, for 15 days.

These Bioquark trials are part of a project titled ReAnima, which, according to the official website their focus is, "Biomedical interventions for brain death utilizing the most cutting edge neuro-regeneration and neuro-reanimation technologies available".

Dr Sergei Paylian,President and Chief Science Officer of Bioquark said, "through our study, we will gain unique insights into the state of human brain death, which will have important connections to future therapeutic development for other severe disorders of consciousness, such as coma, and the vegetative and minimally conscious states, as well as a range of degenerative CNS conditions, including Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease".

Interesting! But what is that country hosting the experiments afraid of?

I'm not sure, some sources say ethical issues, others religion issues.

Knowledge is increasing. It will be interesting to see what the outcome on this experiment will be.

Do you guys want zombies! Because thats how you get zombies!

May it happen
