19-year-old Rosa Dominguez may be the luckiest teen in the world. The California girl won top lottery prize twice in a week. She reportedly purchased a few Scratchers® at a gas station in Paso Robles and one of those tickets hit the jackpot of $555,555. Dominguez bought another lottery ticket few days later at a Greenfield gas station and again got the support of her lady luck by winning the top prize, $100,000. Dominguez won a total of $655,000 lottery prize in one week.
