Poloniex STEEM and SBD wallets back online finally - resteem and let steemians know they can withdraw again
A lot of people have had steem and sbd stuck in polo for a few weeks. The wallets are back online now.
Just made a test withdrawal and everything seems to be working ok.
I'm starting to lose faith in polo as this is the 2nd time steem and sbd wallets have been offline for a while. What made it worse tho was that poloniex did not respond to customer tickets during this time. i submitted a ticket over 2 weeks ago and had no reply. Ive been reading that other steemit users have had similar problems.
So Poloniex, please can you learn from this, as you may be losing a lot of steemit customers if you do not change your customer support. Now that bittrex requires verification i would imagine a lot of steemit users have been migrating to poloniex, only to find problems.
At the very least you could keep us updated on any problems, after all you are in charge of other peoples cryptocurrency.
