No doubt there are many other activities and causes that law enforcement could be funneling their efforts toward, aside from bothering with people who are trying to feed the homeless.

Filling up potholes, free taxi and carpooling, god damn police calling their communities, or god forbid LEARNING THE LAW, the construction, and enforcing it, which means no more forecloures since nobody can lend you YOUR OWN CREDIT.
