Military situation in Syria - May 1, 2018
Preliminary reconciliation / evacuation agreement has been reached between Syria & “rebels” for “Rastan” pocket.
SAA liberated all the farms between Qadam & Hajar al-Aswad, Al-Alaf area and Bassel Garden. On the other hand, troops captured some blocks in Tadamon district & entered in Yarmouk Camp after the evacuation of HTS finished. Now SAA controls 22% of Yarmouk.
- SAA takes control of "Al-Aalaf area and Bassel park" north of Hajar Aswad as well as taking part control of several farms south and south east of Hajar Aswad
- SAA also raises the Syrian Flag over the Court Building in Yarmouk Camp
ISIS terrorists in Al Yarmuk Camp south of Damascus managed to capture SAA sapper. They decided to execute him the way he serves within the army. They strapped an explosive belt around his head and neck and executed him.
