Litmus test for the DOJ
Confirming the criminal referral to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, Andrew McCabe's attorney Michael Bromwich said:
"he has already met with representatives from the U.S. Attorney’s office and is confident that the US Attorney’s Office will conclude that it should decline to prosecute."
Martha Stewart and many others have gone to jail for lying to the FBI. Why should the former number 2 at the FBI be treated any differently.
If the swamp looks after it own and "declines to prosecute" Andrew McCabe - then the message is clear - there are two standards of justice, one for the swamp and one for the rest of us.
This is a litmus test that will show if progress is being made draining the swamp.

Full pension and early retirement problably. There is nothing the citizens can actually do if we have nobody on our side.
