Óscar Pérez: We are training the young of the "resistance"

Cicpc inspector Óscar Pérez, who is anonymous after flying over Caracas with a helicopter and throwing grenades against several government headquarters, reappeared Monday night and revealed important announcements for Venezuela.

Perez said that they are training the youth of "resistance" in different combat techniques.

"The force has changed," Perez said of the incursion of a rebel group into Fort Paramacay early Sunday in Carabobo state.

"We have to begin to be unifiers of the criterion of resistance. Venezuelans as civilians are the solution (...) We should not leave the streets for anything, "Perez said.
