The Cubans, Chinese and perhaps other free nations will get onto it. If peace wins, technological advances will ensure that these gangsters will become irrelevant quite soon. The problem is that peace will probably not win and they'll make an excuse to blow whatever part of the planet not in compliance with phony trade rules, sky high.
