The citizen of Germany has submitted the application in which he accuses the president of the IOC of complicity to fraud what the Russian doping program is, informs Kleine Zeitung.

The famous German journalist Jens Weinreich reports that the police of Berlin has registered the statement.

In the statement it is said that Thomas Bach ignored all facts, working as the vice-president of the IOC, and continues to do it and now.

The applicant of the claim requires to investigate the reasons for which Thomas Bach has refused to disqualify Russian national team.
