Sunday family day routine broken
My family's usual Sundays are spent at Ayala Center Cebu Mall. It almost always ends with us buying groceries at Gaisano Metro supermarket. We won't be able to enjoy our grocery shopping for the next couple of years because Gaisano Metro at Ayala Center Cebu caught fire that burned its building last January 5, 2018 shortly after closing time.
It would take a couple or a few years for this department store to be completely rebuilt.
This fire could have be curbed before it went out of hand if the installed sprinklers were working.
We went there the night it caught fire. It was really a sad sight to see. A once well decorated edifice burning.

Preparedness always matters @mykill. Disasters can happen anytime so we need to be always ready with our contingency plans.
