First Secretary General to visit abroad
Awami League general secretary and road transport and labor minister Obaidul Quader will visit India for two days to attend Victory Day ceremony in Calcutta. Today, he will fly on a Bangladesh Biman flight 7 to 40 minutes on Monday. This is his first foreign trip since becoming the General Secretary, personal officials said.
The concluding ceremony of the Victory Day organized by the Bangladesh mission in Kolkata tomorrow is tomorrow. Obaidul Quader will attend as the chief guest. The following day there was a meeting meeting with local politicians, writers, journalists.
Awami League sub-divisional editor Biplob Barua is going with Obaidul Quader on this tour. He said in the first light, on December 20 they will return to the country.
