Not sure how true this rumour is. Actually it is not important for me whether he is dead or not.
For me, I'd rather have him brought to the justice first; and let the whole world learn all the crimes he had committed against humanity, including murdering Falun Gong practitioners (could be millions) to harvest their organs.
