The high probability of civil war, the content of the Weiner laptop and the dead man switch

I believe Trump made a deal with the shadow government to allow him to govern if the laptop content is not disclose. The content of the laptop are a dead man switch if anything happens to the president and friends. That is why Pizzagate or pedogate will not get disclosed right away. According to Alex Jones, it is a Cold War at the moment.
It looks like the shadow government is not respecting the deal with Trump with the constant attack in the media, Flynn, Sessions....Consequently, the patriots retaliated with part one of vault7. I believe this Cold War will escalate and the apex will be when the Weiner laptop content will be released.
