Wrong, this is some of the best news we could hear. Radiation spewing all over China after the NK test is going to put more pressure on the Chinese to solve the NK issue, which they could do very easily.
It's a dangerous game ... but I agree with you @davebrewer.

Good point, if the radiation was just contained in one area. Fukushima is still leaking enough radiation, which is more than enough.
