So all in all, it appears that Brexit may not be that bad for the UK after all. The thing so far is that the purchasing power of GBP has significantly dropped. This is obviously bad for GBP holders but good for exports and consumption..
The UK is still in the EU - it's far too early to tell what the effect will be.
It will be very interesting to see what stance the EU has in the negotiations - will they make things extremely difficult for the UK (and therefore themselves) simply to make an example of anyone who dares to leave the Union?
