Foreign aid to ANY nation is thoroughly un-Constitutional, as are most entitlement programs. I find it hard to believe that we send the largest portion of foreign aid to a nation which is certainly not anywhere near the bottom half of nations on a GDP per capita basis.

And, now we have these ads running all over cable and satellite T.V. claiming "85-90-year-old holocaust survivors" are ready to "give up" because they lack food and water, and begging American taxpayers to give even more to Israel.. Are they serious?
