Most electric cars have their batteries on the floor of the cabin because it is the least prone to collisions due to statistics and is easily insulated.

To avoid this, Bosch has developed a semiconductor chip technology, which is part of a pyrotechnic safety switch system, similar to how the airbag works.

These systems disconnect entire sections of the high-voltage battery by means of small explosive charges, thus quickly cutting off the energy circulation.

This invention is not bad, especially so that rescue personnel do not get fried when they try to help an injured person.
