The trucks of the future will capture the carbon dioxide they emit and use it to make fuel

Road transport by trucks is one of the means of transport that emits the most CO2 into the atmosphere, so in addition to creating electric vehicles, which reduce emissions, other innovative alternatives are also presented.

In this line, Swiss engineers study a system that allows converting gaseous CO2 emissions from trucks into liquid that can then, with clean energy, become fuel.

This works by the technique known as "temperature oscillation adsorption," it could be said that, with this oscillation adsorption system, carbon is separated from oxygen and nitrogen, using an organometallic adsorbent material.

There is no debt that from this, yes or yes, we will stop fucking the planet, at least for CO2.

I sure hope they do. I keep hearing about how the technology will be developed that will address all the pollution and nasty impacts on earth... but not much has come to fruition. I am sincerely hoping tech can make this dream a reality. Thanks for posting and Happy New Year!
