Go is an ancient strategy game that has been played in Asian countries for thousands of years, and has always been considered the most complicated strategy game.

Despite having won the Chess champion in 1997 and the jeopardy super champions in 2011, Go players always maintained that Go was too complex for a computer.

But in 2016 Google's company, Deepmind, designed the AlphaGo computer that they trained with thousands of recorded games and played against thousands of online users.

AlphaGo was improving in its versions Fan and Lee beating all local champions, until finally beating the 8 times world champion and Go guru, Lee Seedol.

Three years later Lee Sedol retires from the Go claiming that, however much he trains, there will always be someone who will play better than him. It has not been confirmed that he has set up a hot dog stand.
