Nintendo Betta Girl Could get copyrighted

Hello, its me again, so Nintendo Betta Girl is on instagram right now and she just posted a new video, it aparently is a parody of a 2 year old song, What Does The Fox Say. Its called (This Trend Is So Late) its pretty funny, but it has the back round music from the original video, so she could get copyrighted. I don't know it sounds fishy how she did it, but anyways you should watch the video, and how about you guys and girls give me you view on this in the comment section.
