My look around Part 2

in #news8 years ago

Hello steemit,

Finally i beggin to familiarise with the UI (user interface), even if it is tricky to understand how it works, i finaly managed to get into it :D

For now my main concern is about the famous " groups " they talked about in the tutorial, i wonder why they don't create a dedicated space for people to manage their groups, it could act like masternodes and require an amount of steem or steem power to be created, and then it would be easier for the followers to manage and follow the publications of the different groups.

However i still love this platform, especially the built-in market, i think that all the altcoin should hold their own exchange, it avoids a lot of troubles, like pump/dump, volume faking, and many other tricks used by traders to " steal " your monney.

By the way, there are some elements who i find completly useless :

- hot

- trending

- active

Why creating a "hot" AND a "trending" categories, both means the same, they could have added a group categorie instead, or something more usefull, like " highest payout " ( yeah i know, i am greedy ).

Regarding the active categorie, i think that it is pointless unless you feel alone at home.

So the platform can still be perfected, and i am really impatient to see the next developpements.

Have fun :D

Sort:

welcome aboard.
obligatory steemit is still in beta statement.
Many of the DEV(elopers), investors, and others are at SteemFest in Amsterdam...when they get back there will be changes.
If you see something...say something...perhaps it will be changed. Unlike facebook Steemit is user drivern.

I happen to agree with you about 'hot', 'trending' , and 'active'...they're all the same aren't they?

Exactly what i noticed, i would like to see also a "sort by time" option, or more sorting functions, more tools ...
I hope there will be exciting new stuff :D
