some bad news, this is a civil RICO case, not a criminal RICO case
civil RICO caes are much harder to prove (as if any case heard under the current system isn't subject to democrat/deep state corruption)
OTOH, if this does go through (and there is a similar case being heard in Florida), it becomes much clearer for LE to act against the party criminally

the deep state/leftist combo is surviving now, but I think they realize how shaky their support is
things that I would have bet would have crippled them (the Wikileaks releases, Clinton's security violations) didn't
otoh, they cant get convictions on any of the Bundy activists, no matter how many times they violate double jeopardy
so if this case, or the one in Fla, actually gets thru? suppressed by the Ministry of Truth, disseminated by the alt-news, and a few more people turn against them
their problem is the security community; the line (the guys that get stuff done) still based on patriots (mostly right-wing) probably wont back them on general tyranny, and IF they turn on the DS/L, then game over.
