The judge in the Michael Flynn case (a Clinton/Obama appointee), has gone full activist - refusing to dismiss the case after the Department of Justice requested to drop charges.

He's now trying to get an outside party (Obama/Clinton appointee) who could file an opposition briefing known as a "friend-of-the-court", or "amicus" briefing),to continue this ludicrous situation.
It seems that there must be some serious panic going on behind the scenes, in the commie left...
