Robobees to the rescue!

in #news8 years ago

So I'm just now hearing about the development of robotic bees to help replace the catastrophic die off of real bees due to the use and excessive use of pesticides on our food supply system. You see it is just simply impossible to just STOP USING POISON to grow our food; impossible! After all that could mean reduced profit of the mega Big Agriculture companies like Monsanto. And of course we need ever increasing consumption of everything, not the reduction of consumption of anything; even if it's killing our world.

So after hearing about this I did a quick internet search to see what would come up and of course I found THIS article by Collective Evolution talking all about it.

So what's next, robofish for when the oceans are polluted beyond life sustaining levels? Or will they just go straight to robohumans when the poison, pollution and climate change become unsustainable for human life? Oh but wait, robot humans don't need to eat or drink so there will be a quagmire in the capitalistic endless ever increasing consumption model. What then???

Hope you like, share, vote, comment and follow me @lsk464

Yes, but I didn't see anything in there about stopping the use of the bee killing pesticides which is my point of the article. Robobees or hand pollination should be temporary work around but the long term solution is to stop killing the environment. Thanks for your reply!
