smart id card fees up

This is very unfortunate news is that , Price of smart id card increase now and the new price of smart id card is 2500 the old price of smart id card was 1500, but this fees is used for making urgent on the spot id card , Specially for those pakistanis that need to go abroad and wants to make urgent id card at a time it will helpful for people who wants to go abroad but very painful for those who are not able to pay such fees.
I would like to suggest that prime minister of pakistan should take legal action against it
