Peter Lavelle’s CrossTalk: Distrusting The News?

in #news6 years ago (edited)

I haven't heard so far in my life, so short, precise, so concise and so clearly spoken analysis of a mainstream media self-destruction.

All the guests of Peter Lavelle’s CrossTalk are spot on describing MSM as a corporate machinery in service of maintaining a two-party system at any cost. Censorship is a natural consequence of this monstrous system, which is now going into full self-destruction mode, started probably when MSM press wholeheartedly jumped in defence of an official version after JFK murder (Mark Crispin Miller), and is now finishing in a bizzare coverage of president's tweets without any need for the real news or journalists.

See how tightening a gag on America works! A starting point is this:

If you trust the mainstream media, then you are in the minority. Sadly, a great deal of media today is not designed to inform, but rather confirm political biases. This approach to the news is not only polarizing, but also lowering journalistic standards. Is this why readers and viewers seek their news elsewhere?

— Peter Lavelle

I cannot give a higher recommendation!
