A critical vote took place at the Federal Communications Commission on Thursday. The decision overturned Obama-era regulations prohibiting internet providers from blocking websites and charging consumers for high quality internet service. Thruth is that broadband providers currently operate in a licensed cartel environment, not a free market. Which is obvious to the one FCC member with integrity — Jessica Rosenworcel (at 1:11)

Outrage of the people in the streets won't help. Democracy in the U.S. already is disposed in favour of Corporatocracy. Liberation of the Net won't be achieved through corrupted political system, or through “street anger” that can be efficiently controlled with media and police force. Who else remembers “Occupy Wallstreet”?
