Parkland Phone Call to FBI just wanted "A Clear Conscious in Case He Takes Off and Starts Shooting Places Up"

In a phone call to the FBI, one distant relative attempted to inform the FBI of the Parkland Shooter's intentions.

The caller noted that he 'wanted to kill people' and continually wrote such things on his instagram. It was also known that the killer had previously pulled a gun on his own mother before she passed away as well as killed little animals for fun.

Specifically, one day he brought a small bird inside and started cutting it up in the kitchen. His mother asked him what he was doing and he replied "I want to see what's inside". The caller laughed and said, "I don't know. That, to me, would be a red flag."

After discussing how the shooter never finished high school, she describes his behavior when people would look at him wrong in school. He was expelled because he would throw desks and chairs at people who stared at him.

"Um, I-I just think about, you know, getting into a school and shooting the place up." The caller noted her intention was she just wanted "a clear conscious in case he takes off and starts shooting places up"
