RE: DTube - A Short History Of Hemp Prohibition - Is Federal Government Legalizing Hemp In 2018?

in #news6 years ago

In an anarcho capitalistic society everyone is free to make any service or product without a permission, as long as they don't violate the nap. So if one company have a monopoly at any given time then another company is free to steal that monopoly but making a competing product and underbid the price and/or deliver a better product.

Only in a statist society is monopolies possible, due to regulation, patents or permissions. Statist society = crony capitalism.

Anarcho capitalistic society = real capitalism.

Another premise I feel is flawed, the idea that violence will be too expensive for anyone because then people will give your protection agency bad yelp reviews and no one will do business with you, in reality violence is cheap, bullets cost very little and competition is expensive. We see this in practice anywhere gangs or cartels fight one another.
Indeed a state can create corporate monopolies but it is also the only way to break them up. In practice the unrestricted monopolistic corporation will buy out or crush any technological disruptors or the disruptor replaces them and then they have the monopoly, at the end of the day there is only one game in town without antitrust laws.

There are severel sentences in what you wrote that are not clear to me.

In short monopolies can only form under statism.

Violence is against the NAP and the free marked will punish anybody violating the NAP.

A government is the biggest gang ever. Making gangs in ancapistan goes against the NAP. So you will not see rivaling gangs in ancapistan.

Everyone can buy a gun or private security, only for the use of protection, not extortion as it is against the NAP.

I recommend mrdapperton again since he has adressed the midunderstandings that you have many times.

right, everyone will just be good and there would be no violence because otherwise the invisible hand of the free market will punish them, for example drug cartels, they are never violent or else no one would buy drugs from them, no one buys drugs from someone with a violent reputation right?

I'll watch one more video if this one is going to be the one that finally answers more questions than it raises, as long as it is less than a half hour, I will commit to watching at least half, what specific one should I watch?

Will you post this comment as a question to my latest post about anarcho capitalism?? Thx then I respond.

sure, which post exactly?

Latest post with the tag 'anarchocapitalism' is fine. Thank you.
