What are Black Budgets?

-Black budgets are huge sums of clean **legal money **that gets taken from hardworking Americans, Israeli, French and other citizens to fund a Dark Underground Economy, legitimized by the seized upon need for heightened security as forewarned by the American Christ, JFK, and many Presidential Prophets before him.

-What is happening in Syria and Lebanon right now, and what happened to Benazir Bhutto of pakistan, Muammar Gaddafi of Lybia and Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, were bought and paid for by Black Budget Funds. These funds are used to arm and train mercenaries, that are unattached from any state of goverment, and take on names such as Al Quaeda, ISIS, Mujahadin and IRGC to name a few. Some of these funds are relayed through countries like Israel and Turkey, which handle the on the ground training a preparation of Black Armies Public Factions like ISIL. Yes, they have two organizations.

_ Let me tell you what is the most ridiculous thing I am seeing happening, that no one is questioning. How is it that ISIS can have a social media account on Twitter?????? And the messed up part about it is that our governments wants us to believe, that ISIS can "Claiming Responsibility" for the attacks in Paris, and San Bernadino but simply putting up a tweet on their 'Twitter' account. That's the most stupid phone fake show people. You don't legitimize Terror by granting them a social media account and you certainly don't believe much less report on any 'tweet' that comes out of a criminal organization. Can you Imagine Bin Ladin having a social media?

-Let us get serious about NASA, CIA, NSA and BlackOps. Black Budgets are certainly a type of secret terror machine to those who are making waves against the establishment, or have some financial influence accrued honorably, creating 'unblackmail-able' persons. The Elites in charge of the Federal Reserve, and all of the county's resources, do not like Powerful Wild Cards that can influence the unraveling of their meticulously created, and fragile society, and as a result, they snuff out anyone with any level of fame success or power, that strongly opposes the extreme corrupt and oppressive system and states.

-The reason this is a "terror machine" for those who oppose the Democracy, Demos, Demonic 'Beast' System, as some call it, is the certainty that resources are currently being poured into the fuel tank of the generator (Black Budget Allocation) that supplies all secret Armies and Secret Tyrants with the weapons and man power they need to subvert any Government or Organisation operating in the light and within the framework of laws and statutes.

-The knowledge that there is a black budget certainly will cause powerful people to pause and think before they state any public opinion. Imagine the individuals that worked for the army and different parts of the Governments of their countries, that are aware of the 'Black Mercenaries' that are laying in wait to carry out the biding of shadow handlers, generals, heads of state, and other secret powers, they cannot criticize in any way their previous employers or their personal experience on any suspect projects or programs.

-Now imagine 3 Trillion Dollars gets soaked up in a black Pentagon Budget, moments before the pillars of the financial face of America disintegrates in odd fashion, which preceded another odd, bankrupting spade of foreign invasions, that created a vacuum for another 23 trillion to be poured into the same pockets that receives the budgets spent on "DEFENSE". Look up "shelling". make your own connections. Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney have not done one thing to benefit the American people. Their involvement in the US government have led to the crippling of the economy beyond a point of a timely repair. Rumsfeld coordinated the hijack of 3 trillion dollars from pentagon Black Budget (American Tax Dollars) in the months leading up to 911, and on September the 10th, 2001, announced that the 3 Trillion dollars had evaporated and could not be accounted for. Any chance of tracing the funds was destroyed the following day by bombs planted in the Twin Towers by a Security Company affiliated with then President George Bush.
