Thanks for the comment, @boi07, much appreciated! I doubt more than a few are ready for the ride, and there's so much complexity surrounding this kind of change that even if they're e.g. "crypto-ready", they're unlikely to be ready for the unintended consequences which will come when entire financial and governance systems change.
