@freemanreporter, I don't believe that Thaci deserves any courtesy and certainly would not call Nikolic a savage if he didn't shake his hand. Who cares what Albanians say anyway.
Now I am more than willing to call Nikolic a liar because he said he would never do that and here is is breaking his word. Thank again for your thoughtful and wonderful post.
