Your title + thumbnail combo is extremely boring. Neither of them make me want to click and watch this. What is the point of the text in the thumbnail being exactly the same as the title? You should make it more interesting and have them complement each other. Maybe then people will actually want to watch this stuff. Perhaps have the title mention the most significant news item like an actual headline?
