I know exactly what you are saying and as a fellow South African mourn the world's scepticism when it comes to sending aid to places of dire need.

Thanks @justjoy, yes we seem to be stuck here in a land of corruption. Even today their are commissions and hearings going on that reveal how apparently fraudulent some of our politicians are.
