Josh Sigurdson does another Freedom Minute update regarding the return of the disgraced former senator Al Franken who has announced he will be doing a speech in Lisbon, Portugal regarding "Russian collusion" and Cambridge Analytica's recent data breach.
Franken said this of the upcoming speech,
"As a senator, I fought to implement laws that would protect users' personal information and raised the alarm about the growing influence of these new corporate giants. Now, I'm coming to Lisbon to talk about what went wrong in the leadup to these scandals — and what we need to do to make sure it doesn't happen again."

Now, the big corporate giants he speaks of were propped up by government regulation in the first place and Franken's obsession with centralizing everything will only make the problem worse. The government does not need to regulate companies which individual's are willingly handing information to. For the state, the biggest coercive collector of data on the planet to regulate voluntary data collection as stupid as it may be is absurd.

Secondly, he goes on and on about Russia along with so many on the left and right in an attempt to create conflict with the nation. If he doesn't know what he's doing, he's incredibly unintelligent. If he does know what he's doing, he's a fool.

Franken should keep his mouth shut. No one on either side of the spectrum really likes the guy after the allegations of abuse made against him by many women. It's time he goes away and enjoys the vast sum of money he gained by the extortion of the tax payer and decades of being untalented.
