Basal tears: the discreet


You may not notice all day, but while you make your life, the tear glands of your eyes are in constant generation of tears, to the point that each person generates an average of 300 milliliters a day of tears, that is, 114 Liters per year.


Reflex tears: the protective


While the basal tears are like the service of maintenance of the eye, the reflex tears become the protective shield that the organism unfolds in situations of danger.


Emotional tears: the sentimental ones


And what happens when we cry for a break, for laughter or for stress? In these cases, we are facing the third type of tears, emotional.
