April 2, 2018 declared as non-working holiday in Bulacan province

Bulacan province has already declared as a non-working holiday as a celebration of 230th birth anniversary of poet Francisco “Balagtas” Baltazar.

This non-working holiday, Proclamation 454 was signed by Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea and It was issued on march 20.

“It is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,” the proclamation declared.
