Religious Affairs Minister Motiur Rahman said at a press conference organized on the occasion of the last Hajj flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines in the capital's Ashkoner Hajj camp. The pre-Haj flight of Biman ended Wednesday. Saudi Airlines's pre-flight flight will end on August 17.

The minister said, many people could not go because of neglect and absence of Hajj agencies. There were complaints against some agencies. After the Hajj, action will be taken against them, said the minister.
However, Haj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAB) Secretary General Shahadat Hossain told reporters that the pilgrimage of 1,300 pilgrims was canceled last year but only 606 people could not go to Hajj. And those who could not go, they did not allow themselves to be voluntarily.

In view of the Haj Agencies, the Ministry of Health has increased the chances of hajj pilgrims from 4 percent to 15 percent. The minister said that 10,774 people have been given this opportunity against 10 thousand 942 pilgrims.
