[News] Frasier Actor John Mahoney Dead at Age 77
Acclaimed British-born actor John Mahoney, famous for playing Frasier Crane's Dad in the sitcom Frasier, passed away on Sunday while being cared for at a hospice according to his publicist. There haven't been any other details given regarding the cause of death.
He had a varied career, having won awards for plenty of roles outside of Frasier, but it was that role that captured a generation, alongside his dog Eddie. He'll be missed, but always remembered.

Damn, i love that show, watched it every morning before work, such a funny guy :(
I used to watch it as a kid with my friend every friday evening (we were weird kids), and then like you while getting ready to work later on. By all accounts, he was a genuinely lovely man too.
