That is a very common myth to think that the vegetarian eats only salads, here in my province of Corrientes there is a town called Puilgari, this is a community of vegetarians, lovers of healthy life.
Hence the great diffusion of their meals and the truth that the variety of proposal is endless.

No, I don't think they eat only salad. In fact, Chinese vegetarian has quite a bit of choice thought staunch buddhist vegetarian will not even take onion or garlic. However, I know there are vegetarians who will eggs.
