Game of Thrones Season 8 will be air on 2019

According to showrunner David Benioff and D.B. Weiss they are planning to air Game of Thrones Season 8 on the late 2019.

Casey Boyls their programming president talks about the reason of such a long wait for the fans. He said " they came to the HBO with an idea for a show with a beggining, middle, and end, and they want to see it through."

Waiting for up to 2 years for more action, dragons, swords and wildfire. The last Season 7 was shorter consist of seven episode and the upcoming Season 8 will be even shorter consisting of six episode.

It was also rumored that the Season 8 will be the end of the story.
