Mohammad Sameer has filed 5 cases against his wife

On Thursday evening, Hasina Jahan filed a written complaint with her lawyer in Lalbazar, Calcutta in the evening, to the joint commissioner of Police, Senior Tribal. Based on his complaint, the case was registered against Shami in five sections. And that is 498 A (bride torture), 323 (assault), 307 (attempt to murder) and 376 (rape) and 506 (abusive).

Besides, the case was filed against Shami and his family on charges of mixing food with family conspiracy under section 328. Police have started investigation on the basis of written complaint of Hasin Jahan.

It is known, then the police will tell Shami to come to Lalbazar. According to the news so far, Shami is not currently in Kolkata. If he returns to Calcutta then he may have to come to Lalbazar. As well as the possibility of arrest warrant issued.
