Find this some what of an oxymoron. Does that mean that the feds will lock up some one if they go from a State, with legalization, to a State that has not legalized, they would lock you up... I'm from Canada and don't even partake (didn't inhale - LOL) and I find it a bit draconian. The media, up here, are saying that if you even invest in a cannibis related company you could be banned (and that's through a regulated stock exchange.)
