Saudi Arabia's King Salman bin Abdulaziz reiterated that the fate of Palestine is the main struggle of countries in the Gulf region, until the Palestinians get all their rights, especially the establishment of an independent state with East Jerusalem as the capital. The Saudi Gazette newspaper reported that King Salman conveyed it during an Arab Summit conference in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
In the opening speech of the conference, King Salman rejected the US decision to move their embassy offices in Israel to Jerusalem. "We reaffirm the rejection of the US government's decision on Jerusalem," he said.
"We adhere to the international consensus that rejects the decision, we affirm that East Jerusalem is part of the Palestinian territories," King Salam said.
On the other hand he also threatened Iran for intervening on regional issues. "We condemn the terrorist acts of Iran in the Arab region and reject the country's intervention on the affairs of the Arab countries.

King Salman further said that the most dangerous thing facing the world today is terrorism, which often intersects with extremism and sectarianism to create internal conflict among Arab countries.
"We propose an initiative to resolve the problems facing Arab countries by stressing the importance of building the Arab League and its system.We welcome a consensus regarding the establishment of the Arab Cultural Summit, and hope to contribute to the advancement of Arab-Islamic culture," Salman said.
